New album ‘Ice Age’ to be released 28 February 2018

We are extremely proud and excited that after 5 years in the making our new album Ice Age is nearing release.

We are fortunate and honoured that the album is going to be released by two exceptional labels.

Initially Ice Age will be available in Japan and the Far East through Marquee/ Avalon. We are genuinely humbled by the loyalty and enthusiasm shown by all the guys at the label in their commitment to getting the album released on time following the unexpected passing of Ian Barker. Japan was the biggest single market for our previous album, Global Warning, and with Marquee/ Avalon’s support we are hoping for a similar outcome with Ice Age. The release date in Japan was 22nd November.

For the rest of the world we are extremely pleased to have been able to entrust the album to Melodic Rock Records. MRR Owner, Andrew McNeice is a music fan first and foremost and the fact that he wanted to take the album to market after one listen told us that our efforts over the last few years had produced something we can be proud of.

We are really looking forward to working with Andrew over the next few months and beyond. Ice Age will be available from 28th January 2018 through MRR, and available for pre-order from 6th December. Those who pre-order will have access to an audio preview prior to release.

This is a really exciting time for us. It’s been over 10 years since we released an album and we can only hope that those who enjoyed previous Burn releases have not forgotten us and that those for whom Burn is a new band will be interested to check us out.

As a taster for the album you can listen to the track Jealousy from Ice Age by finding the link on the news front page at Hope you like it.
